HOWL-O-WEEN AT FOURTH STREET MAKERS ROW

Howl-O-Ween — Pawty on Fourth — is a free, family-friendly Halloween afternoon on Fourth Street, built around dogs and the people who love them. Dog costume contest, adoptions on site with Rocket Dog Rescue, pet photo moments, live music, treats and giveaways.

We're curating pet makers and services alongside local makers, boutique brands, seasonal goods and food. If you make something for dogs — or you can bring one Halloween or dog-themed piece for the day — we want you on the block.
